// Autumn //

The season for purposeful change

This is a time to seek solid foundations and balance in life to help provide personal healing. This healing can come through connecting with the inner self and finding physical wisdom.

Goals that are set right now are more thought-out and conceivable.

It also brings space to address and tie up loose ends in order to begin to explore other realms and healing.

// Water //

The element of physical change and wisdom

Because of it’s ability to change its shape to ease through paths of least resistance, water is considered an element of wisdom. The knowledge of when and how to change can also be seen in water’s ability to form from a liquid, to solid, to gas.

Water can move us forward towards our life’s goals and provide us with nourishment along the way.

“Spirit Keeper of the West, Brown Bear, be with me. Bring healing to the people I love and to myself. Bring into balance the physical, mental and spiritual, so I am able to know my place on this earth, in life and in death. Heal my body, heal my mind and bring light, joy and awareness to my spirit.”
